The “Uptown Revue” is formed by a group of experienced musicians and singers that will entertain and rock any crowd with their Motown sound. Their performances deliver, with shocking authenticity and leaves audiences wanting more of the kind of music that great artist such as Gladys Knight, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, and the Jacksons have rocked the nation with.
Uptown Revue’s success is apparent for more reasons than just talent; it’s also about their history. Each member of the group has carved their own successful path in the industry and adds their own spice and unique style and talent to the band which, blended together, makes the phenomenal sound of Uptown Revue.
The Uptown Revue plays a variety of songs. Their high-energy renditions of “My Girl” by the Temptations, “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey-Bunch)” by the Four Tops and “I want You Back” by the Jackson Five will bring party goers to their feet.
The Uptown Revue plays at venues across the tri-county area, as well as many private parties, weddings and corporate events. With an extensive repertoire of Jewish songs, this band is also highly recommended for Bar Mitzvahs and other celebrations.
